Please note that this legal page is subject to rewording, as this page is still under construction. I just wanted to get something up in the mean time. Look for the final copy of this to be here, hopefully, by June 1st. Currently, I have that stupid cold and fever that is going around! Much of what I wrote is more of a pet pieve blog, then a legal statement and therefore really can't be used or taken seriously. I do have bipolar and schizo-affective disorder. Therefore, this entire page will go through many rewrites before I get the correct part of my brain functioning and writing what I really want to see here. I also have one thread that connects the two sides of my brain. This is what makes it difficult for me to write this how I know it needs to be written. I've read enough legal statements to have a good idea what needs to be here. (rolls eyes)

We only claim copyright to the original works of art, images, coding, games and other items found on this site that is legally ours to claim copyright to. Snoopy is strictly used in remembrance of Charles Schultz. No copyright violation is intended. I do not claim any rights to the Snoopy smilie. I also did not make that smilie. I found it on the internet a very long time ago. Snoopy is also NOT apart of the company logo. The alt tag and title tag for Snoopy is purposefully empty as I do not wish for snoopy to inadvertently give us free advertisement due to search engines use of our alt tags for information. Sorry JAWS readers! If the true copyright owner would like me to cease to use Snoopy, just email me and I'll take him off immediately upon reading the email.

Blogs

Any blog that you find having content that violates your copyrights, please email us with the direct link to the blog and we will see what we can do to remove the copyright violation. Please be adviced that we may ask you to prove who you are so that people do not spam us with falsehoods and lies. However, anyone caught uploading music to their blog, will have their posting immediately deleted as we are not and will not secure rights to host music on this site. Any music that is found on a blog that has its link to another site that is not owned by us, we take no responsibility for. We will look into where that link leads to, but refuse to remove music who's codes come from the 'free' video codes sites. Instead, please take the companies who host 'free' video codes for the taking to court for they are the ones supplying the codes and not us. Any blogger that writes their own code to steal music from other sites, for example, Rhapsody, last.fm and other such sites will have their blog immediately trashed and they will be permanently banned from this site. As a member in good standing at last.fm, I will know the second they give out codes that contain music that can be used on blog sites. I highly doubt that this will ever be allowed by the top five greedy music companies, especially, considering how they have sued myspace for paying royalty fees but not paying royalty fees for each person who used the exact same song's code. (In short, those fees where really only for myspace to have the music posted one time only on one page only and not on any other blog, page and so on.) It is for this reason alone, that this site will never ever ever allow music to be hosted on these servers. I do not trust any contract made by the major record companies to be valid as I sincerely believe that if I were to get into a contract with them, that they would bend over backwards to find loopholes to sue me with only because they can't sue China and want to make quite certain that they make all the money in music and that no one else does, including the bands! This is why so many bands have gone indie. I fully support indie bands and indie music because of the abuses of the big record companies who insist that I only like their pet bands.

We will cooperate to the fullest extent with any legitimate police organization, FBI, and so on concerning copyright violations and other violations of law on either a National level or International level or both.

We are not yet a company. We are still a hobby in its current state. We will become a company when the money is had. Until that time, we might not allow blogging just to conserve resources.
